Artisma MKT is a B2B prospecting agency. We help companies acquire clients through digital tools: websites, content, email campaigns, and commercial analytics. This document explains what information we collect when you use artismamkt.com, why we collect it, and your rights over it.

2. What this notice covers
This notice applies to artismamkt.com and the tools we operate from that domain: the main website, the client portal, and the ProspectOS™ Scorecard.
3. What data we collect
a. Information you give us directly: name, email, phone, and project description for contact forms; access credentials for the client portal; company data for the scorecard.
b. Automatically collected information: IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited, time spent, clicks, and referring URL.
c. Cookies: essential, analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog), and advertising (Meta Pixel). See our Cookie Policy.

5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We share information only with providers necessary to operate: GoHighLevel (CRM), Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and our hosting infrastructure. All are bound by confidentiality agreements.
6. Where we store your data
On servers in Mexico and external SaaS tools (GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite). We require data protection standards equivalent to those under Mexican law (LFPDPPP) in all cases.

Under Mexico's LFPDPPP you may access, correct, delete, or object to the use of your data. Email contacto@artismamkt.com with your name, registered email, and a description of your request. We respond within 20 business days.
9. You can use the site without sharing data
Yes. You can browse artismamkt.com without providing any personal data. The client portal and scorecard do require data to function.
10. Changes to this notice
We will publish any changes on this site. If you continue using it after an update, we assume you accept it.
