Artisma MKT · Effective August 2026
Artisma MKT is a B2B prospecting agency. We help companies acquire clients through digital tools: websites, content, email campaigns, and commercial analytics. This document explains what information we collect when you use artismamkt.com, why we collect it, and your rights over it.
If anything is unclear, email us at contacto@artismamkt.com.
1. Who we are
Domain: artismamkt.com
Email: contacto@artismamkt.com
Phone: 55 32 20 66 94
Address: Luz Saviñón 604, Del Valle Norte, 03103, Mexico City
2. What this notice covers
This notice applies to artismamkt.com: the main website, the blog, the campaign landing pages, and the ProspectOS™ Scorecard analysis. The client portal lives at portal-clientes.artismamkt.com, running on GoHighLevel, and is also covered by this notice.
3. What data we collect
a. Information you give us directly: name, email, phone, and project description in the contact forms; your site's domain and your email in the ProspectOS™ analysis; access credentials for the client portal.
b. Information collected automatically. This is personal data even though you never type it: IP address, browser, operating system and device type, country, region and approximate city, pages visited and their titles, time spent, clicks, referring URL, and the campaign you arrived through, with its full UTM parameters. Our own measurement tool starts recording it from the moment you begin browsing; section 5 explains how to turn it off. Your IP address is also used, separately, to cap how many analysis a single visitor can request and to prevent abuse.
c. Cookies and browser local storage: see section 5 and our Cookie Policy.
4. How we use your data
Primary purposes. Without these we could not handle what you asked us for:
- Reply to your message and follow up on your request.
- Process the ProspectOS™ analysis and send you the report.
- Run the client portal, deliver contracted projects, and invoice.
- Protect the site against fraud and abuse.
Secondary purposes. These are not necessary to serve you, and you can refuse them without affecting your request:
- Commercial follow-up and prospecting: contacting you with proposals and content.
- Measuring and improving the site: understanding which pages work and which don't.
- Measuring our advertising campaigns.
How to refuse the secondary purposes. For measurement and advertising, use the cookie button at the bottom left of any page: you can switch each tool off there at any time. For commercial follow-up, email us at contacto@artismamkt.com with the subject "Unsubscribe from commercial follow-up", or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. Refusing the secondary purposes does not affect how we handle your request.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses cookies and similar mechanisms — browser local storage and measurement pixels — to understand how the page is used and improve it. They do not all behave the same way:
- Cookie preference: stores your choice so we don't ask again. Always on; without it we could not honour what you decide.
- Artisma Analytics (our own measurement): active from the moment you start browsing. It is our own system, hosted on our own infrastructure. It uses two first-party cookies (
_aa_vand_aa_s) to record the path and title of the pages you view, where you arrived from and through which campaign, your country, region and approximate city, your device, browser and operating system, clicks on WhatsApp, phone, and email links, and submissions of the forms we mark for measurement. It does not store your IP address: it is turned into an irreversible code that only lives in memory to throttle abuse. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and it does not start if your browser sends Do Not Track. You can turn it off whenever you want, and its cookies are deleted at that moment. The full detail is in the Cookie Policy. - PostHog (our own measurement): active from the moment you start browsing. It records, in aggregate, your IP, device, pages visited, and traffic source. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. You can turn it off whenever you want.
- Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel: off until you expressly allow them in the cookie panel. Meta Pixel is not yet installed on artismamkt.com; when it is, it will still require your permission.
You can change these preferences at any time from the cookie button at the bottom left of any page, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it automatically and no measurement starts at all, not even our own.
6. Who we share your data with
Processors. These providers handle your data on our behalf and under our instructions, not for their own purposes:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | CRM, client portal, and booking calendar | USA |
| Google Apps Script / Sheets | Backup of form submissions | USA |
| Resend | Emailing the analysis report | USA |
| PostHog | Our own measurement of site usage | USA |
| Vercel | Hosting for the site, the API, and Artisma Analytics — our own measurement system — plus server logs | USA |
| Supabase | Database where Artisma Analytics events are stored | USA |
| Upstash / Vercel KV | Per-IP analysis rate limiting, anti-abuse | USA |
| Google PageSpeed Insights | Measures the site you ask us to analyse | USA |
Transfers. These platforms also use the data for their own purposes, so they receive nothing unless you allow them in the cookie panel:
| Recipient | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Traffic analysis; feeds Google's advertising ecosystem | USA |
| Google Ads | Campaign measurement and optimisation | USA |
| Meta Pixel | Facebook and Instagram campaign measurement (not yet installed) | USA |
We do not sell your data. Beyond the above, we share it only where a competent authority requires us to.
7. Where we store your data
On the infrastructure of the providers listed above, located mainly in the United States. We do not run our own servers in Mexico, so your data leaves the country. Each provider's terms of service include its data processing agreement, which obliges it to protect the data and use it only to provide the service to us.
8. How long we retain your data
| Data type | Retention |
|---|---|
| Contact — prospect | 24 months from last interaction |
| Contact — client | 36 months from contract close |
| Portal account and activity | While active + 36 months |
| Technical and measurement data | 24 months |
| Artisma Analytics events | Around 12 months |
| Marketing data | Until you unsubscribe, or 36 months without interaction |
9. Your ARCO rights
Under Mexico's federal data protection law you may exercise four rights over your personal data:
- Access: find out what data of yours we hold and what we use it for.
- Rectification: correct anything wrong or incomplete.
- Cancellation: ask us to delete it once it is no longer needed.
- Objection: ask us to stop using it for a specific purpose.
Requests are received at contacto@artismamkt.com. So we can act on yours, please include: your name and a way to reply to you; a copy of official ID proving you are the data subject, or documentation of representation if you are acting for someone else; a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise; and anything that helps us locate the records. We respond within 20 business days and, where the request is upheld, act on it within the following 15 business days.
10. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw the consent you gave us at any time, through the same channel as ARCO requests. For measurement and advertising you do not need to email us: switching them off from the cookie button is enough. Note that in some cases the law requires us to keep certain records — tax records, for example — even after withdrawal.
11. Security measures
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the tools holding your data is restricted to the people who need it, with two-step authentication where the provider offers it. We cannot guarantee absolute security: no internet-connected system can.
12. You can use the site without sharing data
Yes. You can browse artismamkt.com without providing any personal data, and you can turn measurement off from the cookie button. The client portal and the analysis do require data to function.
13. Changes to this notice
We will publish any change on this page and update the date below. If a change affects the purposes or adds new recipients, we will make the notice available to you again before applying it.
