1. Who we are

This policy applies to artismamkt.com and the tools we operate from that domain. The party responsible for cookie processing is Artisma MKT.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used to remember preferences, maintain active sessions, and analyze browsing behavior.

3. What cookies do we use?

We group them into three tiers, and they do not behave the same way. What decides the tier is not whether a tool "measures" or "advertises", but where the data ends up:

How we know where you are visiting from. When you arrive, we ask our own measurement tool (Artisma Analytics) for the country of your connection, so we know which rules apply to you. If you are in the United States, or if we cannot tell, only our own measurement starts and everything else waits until you switch it on in the panel. Whatever you decide in the panel overrides this rule, wherever you are.

Tier 1: strictly necessary. There are two. The record of what you chose in the cookie panel, in your browser's local storage, and the record of the country of your visit, in the tab's storage, which is deleted when you close it. Neither holds personal data: only which tools you allowed and a country code. They cannot be disabled because they are the very mechanism that makes your choice stick.

There is a third one that only exists while you book a call on our own calendar: what you are typing (name, mobile number, email and company) and the confirmed appointment are kept in the tab's storage, so nothing is lost if you go back a step and so we can show you the appointment at the end. That one does hold your data, but it lives only in your browser: it does not leave it until you confirm the call, and it is deleted when you close the tab.

Tier 2: our own measurement (Artisma Analytics). This is our own analytics system: the script runs on this site and the data reaches our own database, not a third-party platform's. It sets two first-party cookies in your browser — _aa_v, which tells your browser apart from someone else's, and _aa_s, which groups what you do within a single visit — and with them it stores:

• The path of the pages you view — without anything after the question mark — and each page's title.
• The site you arrived from and, if you come from a campaign, its full UTM parameters.
• Your clicks on WhatsApp, phone, and email links, and submissions of the forms we mark for measurement: only that you submitted one, and which, never what you typed into it.
• Your country, region, and approximate city, as reported by the server that delivers the site; it is not your exact location.
• Your device type, browser, and operating system, your browser language, and your screen width.

Your IP address is not stored. When the request arrives it is turned into an irreversible code, using a salt that changes every day, and that code is only used in memory to throttle abusive requests. It is never written anywhere: the events table has no IP column. Events are kept for around 12 months; after that they are deleted in whole monthly blocks. We use none of this for advertising and we do not sell that data.

The script also does not start if your browser sends the Do Not Track signal. And you can switch it off whenever you want from the cookie button: sending stops immediately and its two cookies are deleted, with no page reload needed.

Tier 2: our own measurement (record of the pages with our own calendar). The pages that book through our own calendar (the campaign pages, the home page and the service pages) also keep our own record of the journey: that you arrived, how much of the video you watched, whether you opened the calendar, which time slot you picked, which question you reached and whether the call was booked, along with the ad you arrived through. To link those steps it keeps a random number in your browser's local storage (artisma_v2_visitante), the date of your first visit, how many times you have come back and which of the two confirmation pages you were shown. If you arrived through a Google ad, it also keeps the identifier of that click and the details of its campaign (artisma_v2_clic) for 90 days, to link your appointment with that ad even if you book on another day; a new click replaces the previous one. It does not record what you type into the questions. The events reach our API and are stored in a Google spreadsheet that we manage.

If you book a call, that number travels with your appointment and becomes linked to your contact details. From then on, what you did on that page is no longer anonymous to us: we know that journey is yours. This record follows the same switch as Artisma Analytics. If you turn it off in the panel, it stops and what it had stored in your browser is deleted at that moment. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, it never starts and stores nothing. In both cases you can still book: your appointment arrives without that journey.

Tier 2: our own measurement (PostHog). Outside the United States it starts as soon as you begin browsing, without waiting for you to touch the panel. If you visit us from the United States, it waits until you switch it on. It records, in aggregate, your IP address, device type, pages visited, time spent, clicks, and traffic source. We use it to learn what works on the site and what doesn't. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell that data. You can switch it off at any time from the cookie button, and it takes effect immediately: it stops sending data without needing a page reload.

Tier 3: third parties and advertising. Outside the United States, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads start when you arrive, and you can switch them off whenever you want in the panel. If you visit us from the United States, they stay off until you expressly switch them on: until then your browser sends nothing to Google. Even though Google Analytics is a measurement tool, it belongs in this tier because the data feeds Google's advertising ecosystem. Meta Pixel is not installed yet on artismamkt.com; it appears in the panel because it is planned, and when it is connected it will follow these same rules.

5. Other embedded services

Some pages embed third-party services that may set their own cookies when they load:

• GoHighLevel (links.artismamkt.com): the booking calendar embedded on some earlier campaign pages. Inside its own frame, the calendar loads third-party tools, including Meta's pixel.

The calendar belongs to the functionality category in the panel. Outside the United States it loads when you reach that section. If you visit us from the United States, or if you switch that category off, you see instead a button to open the calendar right here, with a notice of what it loads, a contact form and a link to the booking page. Nothing is installed until you choose: pressing the button counts as your permission for this category, and you can withdraw it in the panel.

The home page, the service pages and the newer campaign pages do not use GoHighLevel. There the calendar is ours: it asks our portal for the free time slots and, when you confirm, sends your appointment to that same portal. It does not embed a third party's calendar or set its cookies, so it does not depend on the functionality category.

6. Managing your cookies

The direct route is the cookie button at the bottom left of any page on this site. There you can switch each tool on or off individually, as many times as you like. Changes take effect immediately.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it automatically: no measurement starts, not even our own, without you having to do anything. If you then switch something on by hand in the panel, we respect that explicit decision over the signal.

You can also allow, block, or delete cookies from your browser settings:

7. Data transfers

The data these tools collect is processed on servers in the United States: PostHog, Google, and Meta all operate from there, as does our hosting. Artisma Analytics is ours, but it runs on that same infrastructure: Vercel serves it and its data is stored in a database hosted on Supabase. The calls you book on our own calendar are stored in that same database, and the appointment is also created in Google Calendar, with its Google Meet link. In other words, it leaves Mexico. The Privacy Notice lists every provider, what each one does, and which ones receive data only with your permission.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, cancel, or object to the use of your data, and withdraw your consent. The procedure, including what a request must contain and how long we take to respond, is in the Privacy Notice.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy every time we add or remove a tool, and change the date below at the same moment. If the cookie panel and this page disagree, this page is the one that is out of date: email us and we will fix it.
